Problems with Test

If you look, there is the error icon (small yellow triangle) at the bottom left of the first question page. The error is "VarPageInChapter" is not defined. The problem here is that the mode you are using for your progess bar "Table of Contents" does not work as the quiz questions are not allowed to be used in the TOC. The progress bar uses the page in chapter variable from the TOC to increment/decrement.
If you dis-inherit the progress bar from the main quiz object, it should work. You can change it to custom and then set the progress bar steps manually.
