Page Box

Does anyone know if there is a way to edit a "page count" box after the fact. I know you can do your editing during the initial process once you have selected the "Page numbering tool" button however I have yet to find a way to edit the spacing for the format afterwards without deleting it all and starting over. For example the page box on a page will display... Page 1of45 instead of... Page 1 of 45. I want to be able to add the additional spaces without have to delete and start over.
