Problems with Test

When the test is executed in Run, Preview or Browser mode within Lectora the test works fine however when uploaded to the LMS(Pathlore) problems arise. The test executes like it should until the test chapter, the main background, navigation buttons and page counter doesn't display. I have reviewed the settings but can't find anything causing the problem, it appears to be an inheritance issue but the solution escapes me. I have been stuck on this problem for 3 days, any assistance would be immensely greatful. I have posted the test file under the same title "Problems with Test" in zip format in the "Files" section for review.
