Tab key action in Flash file

Not using Captivate for this file, just Flash. I have used Captivate before and needed to use the seamlesstabbing parameter for that. For grins, I tried adding the parameter in Lectora on this file and it didn't fix it.Not using Captivate for this file, just Flash.
