Set Value Error on SABA LMS

First, is this a SCORM 1.2 test? Second, are you using any different types of questions or responses from what you've used in the past? Finally, have you looked at the cmi interactions data from the reports in the LMS? Do they accurately reflect the data that your test should be generating? Clearly, your completion status is setting properly, so that doesn't appear to be the issue. Essentially, the LMS is telling you it doesn't like the format/value of something you're trying to save.
