Done Playing action not working in HTML

Are we the only ones who have a customer wanting their course delivered as both an executable file and as HTML? Do you all have separate Lectora and Flash files for your executable and for your HTML? The reason I ask is because if I try to use the javascript commands in my flash files and use the same swf for my executable, it causes the course to display strangely when the swf file executes the GetURL javascript.
