Lectora Flash Command Action gone

Is it possible for Lectora to be accessing program support files from Saba Publisher? I have an old version of Saba Publisher on my computer as well as Lectora 2008. For no apparent reason, the Flash Command action is no longer listed and the only thing I can figure is that it is using an old file from Saba.
