javacript:trivNextPage()"); not working

I am trying to use javascript:trivNextPage()in a Flash file (published as Flash 6, Actionscript1) that is running in Saba Publisher 5.1. The final product will be an executable file. The code is not working and I was told that it will never work in an executable. I have a simulation that the user must complete in Flash before the next button is activated in Saba/Lectora, or before the user is taken to next page.
