some pages have scrollbars, others don.t

I am having a similar problem. I have a title that has buttons at the bottom of the page and we have horizontal and vertical scrollbars. If we move the buttons up the scrollbars go away. No changes the screen size - just moving them up. I haven't been able to get an explanation from Trivantis as to why this is happening.Jeanette
