flv works in preview mode but not in html

Ironically, I am having the opposite effect.I can see the .flv play locally, when I hit preview in Lectora (v9). However, when I publish to HTML and put on L E A R N.com I only get the loading swirl and the .flv's never play.I have turned off compression, so that isn't it.Any other ideas.I was under the impression that .flv's will preload a little then play, unlike .wmv's which need to fully cache before playing. So this was a great solution, eh err, if it would work!Thoughts?
