Show - Hide buttons

Hi Aaron,I can zip it up and send it to you if that would help. I am setting my Return button setup to be initially hidden, and the Search button visible. What I want to happen is when I click Search I have actions to hide the nav buttons show the Return button, and then go to an html page I generated. Once that html page, there are a series of links back to pages in the course. When I click on one of the links I want the Return button to be visible with the nav buttons hidden. I have a goto webpage action on the return button with the javascript javascript:history.go(-2); . I also have actions on the Return button to hide it, and show the std. nav buttons.I also am putting the Search and Return buttons on the book level, not the chapter level. I've tried that with the same result.
