Stop Animation

I have a very similar problem: On almost every page in my course i have added a flash file (as an animation) that contains only audio (no mp3 due to web publishing). The title's navigation bar contains an "Audio on/off"-button that (depending on some variable states) stops oder plays the flash file.That does not work consistently or reliable. Sometimes a running animation ignores the "stop" command, and sometimes a not running animation would'nt start on a given "play" command. Preloading is not the problem here, because it occurs even when i stay on one page an activate and deactivate the audio with my button. I guess that in 70 percent of all clicks the desired action (play or stop) works properly and fails in 30 percent.Any idea?EDIT: I'm using Lectora 2006 Professional Suite SP2Edited By: d-fens on 2006-5-31 10:27:36
