Set Value Error on SABA LMS

It is SCORM 2004.
No, the questions are the same. What is strange is that I have set up each AU in the course the same and some of the modules return this "LMS Set Value Error Data Model Element Type Mismatch" error and some don't. When the error displays, it is soon after setting the CMI_Completion_Status to "completed".
I am posting to a SABA LMS, but I don't have access to the reports. I have some folks looking at that and I have looked through all the files in my zip file to try to ensure the error is not being generated there.
You are right...it sounds like the LMS is expecting a number instead of "completed", but if I don't set the value as "completed" the LMS does not set the completion status.
