Set Value Error on SABA LMS

I am getting the following error returned by the LMS upon completing the test for an AU, LMS SetValue Error: Data Model Element Type Mismatch. When you click "OK" and continue, the module displays as completed in the LMS as if there were no error. Does anyone know what is causing this error message to display?
