Score when there are two tests in Lectora

I have a course that has different paths depending on the student's job title. At the end of the course, there are two different tests, one for job title A and one for job title B. The student only takes one of these tests. The problem is, when the score is calculated, both tests are factored in. So, I the student gets a 100% on their test, the percent will actual show as 50% because Lectora is averaging in the unanswered questions from the other test.
I have Lectoa X.
Does anyone know a work around for this?
