questions missing from test results page

Hello. I have a final test with customized test reults page. Under the test results properties box, I have the "Show Correct Questions" and the "Show Incorrect Questions" boxes checked. After publishing, there are 4 questions that do show show up on the test reults page no matter how you answer them (questions 8,9,12,and 13). the really wierd thing is that after realizing this was happening, I went back to Lectora to see if it was working in preview mode. When I ran the course in preview mode, ONLY questions 8,9,12 and 13 showed and all the other questions were missing. Any ideas of what is going on and how I can get all the questions to show on the results page when published? Thanks!
