Pooled Random Tests

We have three sections in our test. Question 1 in Section 1 always appears and that's fine. The last question was placed in Section 3 and always appears and that is fine (that tells the user it is the last question and offers the "done" button to score). However, we have 6 remaining questions in Section 2 and want it to randomly select only 3 of those for a total of 5 questions on the test. It is NOT working. It randomizes questions in Section 2 but sometimes you get repeats and end up with 8 questions or even 11 questions before it goes to the final question in Section 3. Any ideas???

Has anyone had any success using the pooled random question feature for tests? My client is concerned that we can't control the exact questions to be included in the test. For example, we need to ensure Q1 appears in the test but if you ask Lectora to select questions from a pool of questions we can not guarantee Q1 will be selected. Any thoughts?
