We ran into something similar. You want to modify the AU of the lectora file to match the score properties of the test in the course. Oracle uses this information when processing the test. If they don't match up, you are going to be getting a bunch of weird results.Example. If you have a minimum score of 85 in the test, you need to modify the AU properties to have a minimum of 85 as well. If it is set to different (like 75% as default), it will cause some funky problems.
