Maximum Number of Questions

I've searched this topic in this forum, but the results seem inconclusive. We have a 45-question test that records raw score when submitted, but once we get a few more questions beyond that there's no score recorded in our LMS. We've economized the amount of suspend data by altering the question distractors so they only consist of a single character (MC questions). As you proceed through the test, usually about question 26, the course will automatically update in the LMS the first time and you can see all the suspend data being sent (LMS debug). So, does Lectora not send any of the suspend data on its own until the test is submitted? Our LMS automatically issues an LMS commit after 100 RTE commands as a failsafe in the event a course/test has no interim save actions. With all this said, is it good practice to imbed LMS Commit actions in a test every couple of questions? Or, is Lectora just not able of handling tests more than approximately 40 questions long? I'd sure like to know if anyone's had success with longer Lectora tests. We're publishing in SCORM 1.2 with ProSuite 2008 to KMSI's KMx LMS.Thanks in advance for any insight.
