Found Error in Lectora 11.3.1

Basically I have a button which is initially visible and with a transition-in (appear) set at 2.0sec.
Now, when run everything plays out as expected — the button will appear after 2.0 seconds.
When I close the title and reopen it, the transition-in is set to none.
I've tried hiding the button and setting a [on show, show button] on the page itself, but the transition-in is still set to none whenever the title is reopened.

They used to have this bug before (only then it affected ALL time input fields for any actions, timers, transitions etc). It was linked to European number format vs US (comma vs dot, basically). I'm not sure where UK stands on this :)
