Force a user to display all pages of a chapter

We do this by adding a timed variable to every page. The user must have the page open for XX seconds before it considers it "done." You could then show the next button after that much time. We had a landing page at the end with the page topics listed. If the variable was not triggered (the page wasn't displayed long enough), an "X" button was displayed next to the page name. They could click on the "X" to return to the page to review it again. Then after the variable was triggered, a check box image would be displayed on the landing page.
