Adding a RWD Info Pak Simulation to a Lectora Title

I'm trying to add an Info Pak simulation to a Lectora title. The simulation folder structure is included in the Title folder structure (at the root). I added a "Launch" button with the following settings. The "On Click" tab has Action: Go to, Target: Web Address, Web Address: /info pak simulation_ssf/java simulation/index.htm. Open in New Window is selected.
I published and tried launching the simulation from a test environment (Rustici test track). I'm getting the error: "HTTP 404 Not Found - Microsoft Internet Explorer" - The page cannot be found.
Has anyone successfully linked an Info Pak simulation to a Lectora title?
