Actually, they have usually worked as a team to put together a document in MS Word outlining the changes that they would like to see, but it is not a very smooth process (usually no visual, unless they use screen shots). Hearing Ben & Rob had to say, I am starting to think that it would be useful to pass a PDF copy off to them to use for mark-up...definitely an area that my team can streamline.
