Error message in test

Hi everybody,
Once again I need your help. It seems that some employees who took an exam (part of an online course developed on Lectora and published on our Cornerstone LMS) received an error message (see attached) and lost some data.
Our technical support for Cornerstone is saying that the problem is not from the LMS but from Lectora: "This is not a Cornerstone error, it relates to a limitation that is standard within SCORM files. It seems it could be related to the size of the file". Does anyone know anything about this?
