Lectora does not create zip file

Hello,

You mentioned that you try to .zip the file after publishing, but that it doesn’t work on your LMS.

Make sure that your files are on the root folder of the .zip; not inside a sub folder.

Just select all of your files and right click select send to> compressed (zipped) Folder; that should create a proper zip file for the LMS.

When I encounter odd bugs like that, I'll create a new awt, copy/paste everything over, and republish from the new file. This has solved some weird problems for me in the past.

I know I'm not really solving anything but... Can't you zip it manually?

Thank you all for trying to help me. I had done exactly what adriana and ssneg suggested and it still wasn't working in our LMS. For a reason unknown to me it finally worked after 3 tries without having done anything differently. If this happens again, I'll try leang's option but I still would like to know why it happened to begin with.
