Numbers appear in LMS published course

Hi, I have a strange situation with courses published in our LMS. The number 1 appears next to each paragraph in all of the pages in the title. I checked for hidden codes or errors in formating but didn't find anything. The text in the title seems ok when I check it in preview mode but I do see the numbers when I preview in browser or when I publish the course. If I copy the text in Word and copy it back in Lectora, the numbers disappear.
Any idea why this is happening.

Have you translated the course or otherwise imported texts from RTF? Have you copied the texts from somewhere and preserved formatting instead of copying plain text?

It is an RTF file from translation that I first extracted from the English title.
