encoding="ISO-8859-1"

Well, I think that if I were to just unzip the SCORM 2004 package (after publishing) and then open the imsmanifest.xml file in Notepad, then on the top line change encoding="utf-8" (instead of encoding="ISO-8859-1"). Then re-zip the package and upload to the LMS and I'm set. I couldn't even upload the package to the LMS without making this change before, but now it seems to upload just fine. I'm still in the process of testing, so we'll see how it works out.Oh, and one more note on this subject. I think it is an issue with courses published in Lectora 2008. I've gone in and looked at the imsmanifest.xml file from past courses that I published in Lectora 2007 and 2006, and the encoding is set to utf-8 on those.I agree, it would be nice if Trivantis made it a little easier to select the encoding in Lectora 2008.timmy
