Submiting survey/test results via email

I've tested them on two seperate work stations within the company.I'm not sure what link it is that you are refering to. When setting up the survey, I went to the "results" tab and clicked the option "email survey data" then specify my own email address. Then while still in the Lectora program, I test it in both "run mode" and "preview mode" and it works. A minute or two later I receive the email in my inbox. However, when I put it on our live site and run it, I get the error. I've even tried different email addresses, but with no success.
