Transitions

I have a question about the use of transitions. Using them appears to give you much more "movement" per say of objects, text, and images by flying in, disolving, etc but it seems that you can only set the transitions on the entrance and exit of each page? I have tried them and it does not seem to be that you can set a transition on audio done playing, button click, etc. Is truly the only way to use the transition is to set them and try to use the delay to set the correct timing?Please help. As always, I much appreciate it!Carrie
