Hyperlink Stuggles

Hello-On the left side of my e learning module, there are topics listed. During the first half of my course, these are simply listed out in text boxes as information only. During the 2nd portion of the course, these topics are set as hyperlinks to access different pages within the module. Two testers of the course have found that during the first portion, two of the topics only are acting as hyperlinks even though they are not set this way. They are both displaying a page that is not connected at all. I have gone through the course with a fine tooth comb and can't find why this is happening. Please help?
