Change Contents Error When Publishing

Hi-When attempting to publish my title to SCORM I am receiving 4 errors that all read the same:"There is a Change Contents action on this page with an invalid destination." This appears on my four assessment pages. All questions are functioning in HTML and I do not see any destinations that are blank.Can anyone shed some light on where else I might look and how to fix these errors?Thanks so much!
