Invisible Buttons

Hello-I have several invisible buttons that are placed on various areas of my e learning module. All of the button properties are listed the same exact way-not initially visible, always on top, and size and position locked. All of the buttons are set to appear after a portion of the audio is done playing to prevent the user from clicking and accessing the pop ups too early. There are 6 out of the 10 buttons that are not working despite everything being set the same.Any idea why this might be happening?
