TOC icon images not displaying in IE

When viewing an "Indented List" Table of Content object in any version of IE, I am seeing broken image boxes (red X's) for any TOC icons and indents. In typical head scratching fashion, this doesn't occur in preview mode or other browsers. I can choose not to show TOC icons, but the indents for sub chapter sections still show as broken.
Anyone know if this is an issue with IE, Lectora, or a quirk on my end? Bonus points if you know how to fix it.
