I think this has been posted before, but the search function is frustratingly unhelpful in its current state.
Is it possible to include/exclude a chapter or page to the Table of Contents while the course is being taken? A functional example of this would be having each chapter except chapter1 initially excluded from the TOC. As the student finishes each chapter it is then included or “unlocked” for reference.
