Improve Spell Check

Ignore All bug:
Currently when you run a spell check for the entire title the "Ignore All" button only ignores for the rest of the page it's currently checking instead of the entire title.
Special Characters:
Unless characters like apostrophes are in plain text, the spell check gets confused. For example, if you copy and paste from a program like MS Word, the special apostrophe in a word like "Lectora's" breaks the word in two. Spell check sees the "s" as a word as flags it.
These two quirks together become frustrating as I'm continually telling spell check to ignore all contractions, possessive nouns, ect. but it re-flags them over and over again on each page.
