Test questions blanking out in Chrome

Over the past week or so (of course while I was on vacation), a number of people have been complaining that the some of the test questions have blanked out causing them to wrongly be told they failed a test. This has happened to me as well. Of course, clearing the cache fixes this, but that is no solution. This has never been an issue before. It also kept repeatedly asking me to input my name. Was there a new Chrome release that messed this up? I have emailed Trivantis support, but I'm just wondering if we are the only ones with this problem.

Trivantis Support suggested checking the box for "Retain Answers Between Sessions" and this appears to work. It's weird though that I've never had this checked before and I've probably been using Lectora for about 3 years now.
