Using hotspots in videos produced by Camtasia

I have mp4 videos produced by Camtasia that utilize hotspots with pauses so that users can click along as if they were actually using our website. The problem is that this requires using the swf controller file to run the video, which doesn't seem to work within Lectora. Does anyone know how to this? I do know how to do this with external html, but this prevents me from having Lectora control the video as well.
