Blue arrows look purple in Firefox

This is something I just noticed recently when someone said our instructions are wrong. I use blue arrows with text bordered in a custom blue color (Hue 170 Sat 255 Lum 128) to signify actions to be taken in simulations. While the text border is correct, the arrows are purple instead. They appear blue in Chrome and IE. I found some websites where people had this problem with Firefox, but I don't know how to correct this in Lectora. What I find weird is that the border color works but the arrow color does not. Has anyone found problems with other colors?

Or do you have just a screenshot of it to see the difference between the 2 colors and how they're used?
