Storyboarding

First let me say I'm beginning to really enjoy using Lectora, and I'm glad this community is here for questions and problems.Now my question:When designing complex courses, does anyone use (or know of) any applications for storyboarding? Specifically I'm looking for a program to help map out navigation trees which would include looping back to previous sections and so forth. Pen and paper is starting to get pretty messy. Thanks
