Slider bar question

I am trying to use the drag and drop question to have the user slide an object on a 'slider bar' (another image) to get to the right amount. Is there a way or a different question format to keep the image that the user is dragging on the other image/slider bar? Right now the user can drag all over the screen and want to make this a little more controlled and 'crisp'.
