Set Browser Size in HTML

We created a small resolution project that looks great in .exe but takes a couple min to load. We would like to publish to html to decrease the load time, however we want to set the IE browser window properties on load (our company is on IE6). Can we add an External HTML code that calls javascript to set the size properties of the window? I.E. ?
