Pretest in multi-test course

Using Lectora 2008, publishing to SCORM. My course has three content areas with the option for the user to test out of the initial content. Four total tests in the course, but I only want to record three. (I want to include either the pretest score or the score for the test that follows the initial content, not both.) Right now the first two tests (pretest and initial content test) are NOT to be included in the overall score; the remaining two tests are included. This gives me a max score of 200, not 300, with no option to increase in AU properties. In a multi test course like this with 3 of 4 to be reported, do I need to manually submit all test scores? If so, what's the cleanest way to submit the final score and ensure a minimum score is met? Is it better to record all four tests and set a lower mastery score?
