Passing variables from lectora to flash

Thanks. Originally I had used that as a solution, but our issue in the end turned out to be lectora groups. For some reason when a swf is in a group, any actions to control the swf (flash commands, stop, play, show, hide) don't appear to work in firefox or when published to scorm, but worked fine in IE and preview mode. Toggling initially visible and autostart doesn't fix the problem either. Even using another action to run the group as an action group didn't work. If there is a work around to this, I'd love to see it.I was hoping to pull a variable from Lectora into flash to try and solve the problem, and control things that way. But it looks like pulling the swfs out of the groups is far more easier. At which point, your method seems to work perfectly.
