Multiple auio files and groups freezing pages?

Has anyone else had complaints from users saying a page with a simulation freezes their computer? I have had repeated complaints about a specific page in a module. This module contains numerous simulations, but only the one freezes some people's computers. The simulation uses click-throughs with photos, some animated gifs and audio. There is no video. Overall, the file size needed is quite small (under 2mb), yet people keep saying they get stuck on a specific page, sometimes having to use the task manager to close the browser. This happens across all browsers. There are only 8 buttons to click, along with 8 short audio tracks. I wouldn't think this should be too much to handle and it is a great way to teach trainees to use our website. It's much smaller than a video so I did not expect these problems.

I'm not sure what is going on. Now that I republished this, it happens at all times in all browsers. I can only think this has something to do with the recent update. I have 8 audio files that each play after a button is clicked. If I click to go to the next page before I get to the last audio file, it goes to the next page. If I wait until after I pressed the last button (which plays the last audio file, I cannot continue to the next page (or any page) unless I refresh the page first. Even if I delete the latter audio tracks and shorten the simulation, I still can't get off the page until I refresh it. Has anyone else encountered such a weird bug?

Tech support figured out it was my dissolve on a text box in the sequence. Adding the SmoothHTMLTransitions.awo from the online Library fixed it. I should have added it already but I guess I didn't realize it wasn't there.
