Menu opens outside interface

I placed my menu near the bottom of the interface. When I view the published file and open the menu, the page titles open below and outside of the interface. This means I can't see the entire menu because it's also outside of the boundaries of my course window. Am I missing something or am I limited to where I can put the menu on screen?
