Items not Displaying

Hi, I've been experiencing the same thing. Objects not appearing, completely intermittently. Sometimes it works perfectly and sometimes it doesn't. This doesn't happen on my local machine, just on the remotely hosted LMS (sometimes.) There are 39 actions but nothing fancy, almost all are just Show or Hide or Toggle Visibility State.
