Bug in Publish Process

Looks like there is a timing bug in the publish process. 1. I click Publish to any Web output. SCORM Web based for example.2. It runs the check and displays the publish button.3. When I click publish, the Publish Location Dialog / SCORM dialog appears.4. Sometimes publish doesn't begin right away (up to 5 seconds of delay), but the publish button is still active. So I click the publish button again, and I can go into a loop of clicking publish, OK, publish, OK, until I reallize that I must just be more patient - Or lectora crashes with an error. Deactivating the publish button as soon as you click it would clear this possibility.
