In between bar for re-ordering.

In the new menu dialog, you guys included some cool tree reordering indicators (the in between these items bar). Why isn't this functionality worked over into the title tree?There would have to be logic (for example, you wouldn't have it appear when someone tried to drag a chapter into a chapter). But this would be perfect for section reordering, using reverse sorting is kind of a drag, especially for the skill challenged.Steve
