Items not Displaying

Wasted another hour trying to track this problem down by isolating out potential causes. I removed any external functions (external Javascript calls) to block that blame potential. No change.On refresh there are random 'no-shows' for visual elements including buttons. When no-show buttons are rolled over, they appear. I gradually reduce the number of actions... Refresh still produces a random appearance / disappearance.I have skimmed practically everything back out of the file at the title level.
