Issue with two tests in one course

Publishing to SCORM.

I have a course with two tracks or paths, if they are in one position, they follow one track to one test and if they are in the other position, they follow the other track to another test.

My problem, each test has 20 questions, and when I take one test and get 20 correct out of 20 total questions, the value of the AICC_Score is calculated and send to our lms as 50%. I believe that lectora is sending the lms a percentage based on the number right out of 40, the total questions in BOTH tests, rather than calculating the percentage out of 20, which is the number of questions in EACH test.

The only fix I can come up with is changing the passing percentage on the LMS to 40% instead of the usual 80%. Does anyone know what I could do in Lectora to fix this so I don't have to mess around with the LMS?
